沈阳理工大学前身是东北军区军工部工业专门学校，创建于1948年。1960年组建成立沈阳工业学院，2004年经教育部批准更名为沈阳理工大学。
学校位于辽宁省沈阳市浑南区，占地面积114万平方米，校园建筑气势恢宏，庄重典雅，环境清新宜人。经过六十多年的建设和发展，沈阳理工大学已由一所学科单一的军工院校发展成为以工为主，理、管、文、经、法、艺相结合，服务辽宁、面向全国，具有鲜明国防特色的多科性大学。

    About Shenyang Ligong University
Shenyang Ligong University (SLU), founded in 1948, whose predecessor was Northeast Military Special School, was upgraded to Shenyang Institute of Technology in 1960 and renamed Shenyang Ligong University in 2004 upon approval of the Ministry of Education.
SLU is located in Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. SLU covers an area of 1,140,000 square meters and enjoys a fresh and pleasant environment. Over 60 years of construction and development, serving in Liaoning and facing the whole country, SLU has developed from a single-discipline military and technological school into a multi-disciplinary university with distinctive features of national defense, giving priority to engineering, with combination of science, management, arts, economics, law and art.
SLU has established stable cooperation with over 60 universities in 16 countries, such as Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Japan, Finland, etc. SLU is one of Chinese Institutions admitting international students under Chinese government scholarship programs.

一、学习期限 Study Duration

硕士研究生3年。汉语水平不达标者，须先进行至少一年汉语补习，学习期限顺延1年。
The study duration for master’s programs is 3 years. Students who are not proficient in Chinese language must apply for Chinese language studies for no less than 1 academic year before their major studies.

二、奖学金内容 Scholarship Coverage

1. 免学费；
2. 提供免费校内住宿（双人间）；
3. 提供奖学金生活费，标准为3,000元人民币/月；
4. 提供中国政府奖学金外国来华留学生综合医疗保险。

四、申请者资格 Applicants’ Eligibility

1．非中国籍人士，身心健康，品学兼优。
Non-Chinese citizens, in good Physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally
2. 须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
Applicants who apply for the master’s scholarship should have their bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35;
3. 非其他奖学金获得者；
Not having other scholarship.
4. 汉语水平要求：申请直接进入专业学习者汉语水平原则上须达到HSK5级（240分以上）及HSKK高级，汉语水平低于此标准者须由学校安排进行至少1学年汉语补习。
Chinese languge ability: those who have HSK5 with a score of no less than 250 and HSKK of HIGH LEVEL can join their major studies directly. Otherwise students shall apply for Chinese language studies for no less than 1 academic year before their major studies.

六、申请材料 Application Documents

1．《中国政府奖学金申请表》（用中文或者英文填写，需粘贴照片并签字）；
2．护照照片页复印件；
3．经过公证的最高学历证明（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译本，应届毕业生须提交预毕业证明）；
4．成绩单。本科阶段全部课程的成绩单原件（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译本）；
5．来华学习计划（中文或英文，不少于800字）；
6．推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信（中文或英文）；
7．《外国人体格检查表》复印件和血液检查报告复印件：
申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
8. 汉语水平能力证明（如HSK、HSKK证书）；
1.Application form for Chinese Government Scholarship.
2.A copy of valid passport.
3.Notarized highest diploma. If the applicant is studying in university or working in company, he/she has to submit the studentship certificate (notifying graduation time) or working certificate produced by his/her university or company. If the certificate is not in English or Chinese, it has to be notarized in English or Chinese.
4.Academic Transcripts or Notarized Transcripts if they are neither English nor Chinese.
5.A study plan in Chinese or English.(not less than 800 words for master’s degree applicants)
6.Recommendation letters in English or Chinese by two professors or associate professors.
7.Physical Examination form. Applicants should strictly follow the requirements of the Physical Examination Form. It will be invalid if there is page missing, or no photo or no seal on the perforation or no signature by the hospital or doctor in the form. The result of the examination will be valid for 6 months. Please arrange the time of your physical examination appropriately.
8. Certificate of Chinese language proficiency: HSK, HSKK, etc.

七、申请流程 Application Procedure

1.请登录留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统www.campuschina.org，进行网上信息填报。沈阳理工大学的机构代码为10144，留学项目种类为B。
Applicants should register and apply online on the following web page:http://www.campuschina.org/(TYPE B, the agency No. for SLU is 10144). Please provide the address, passport No. and contact No. correctly and in detail since we will send the admission notice through these messages.
2.请下载并打印系统自动生成的《中国政府奖学金申请表》，按照“申请材料”清单的要求准备相应材料。
After the online registration, applicants should print the auto-generated Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship and submit it to the SLU School of Internation Education with other other application documents.
3. 请邮寄2份申请材料至沈阳理工大学国际教育学院办公室，并将所有材料扫描后发至沈阳理工大学招生邮箱gjjyxy@sylu.edu.cn。
Sign all the documents and send TWO printed copies of the documents to the SLU School of International Education by post. Send the scan version to the following email address: gjjyxy@sylu.edu.cn

八、录取和入学  Admission

1. 沈阳理工大学审核申请材料进行面试，择优录取，录取结果公布时间将以国家留学基金管理委员会通知为准。
SLU will screen and select the candidates. An distant interview shall be carried out. The final result will come out after being approved by China Scholarship Council.
2. 入学报到时间以《入学通知书》为准。被录取者须严格按照规定的时间到沈阳理工大学国际教育学院办理注册手续。超过规定入学时间未办理入学注册手续者，将取消其入学资格。
Students should register at SLU School of International Education according to the date stated on the Admission Letter to avoid being disqualified.
